Final documents
Finally received the last documents to check and sign. I was asked to pay for all the upgrades that I had chosen during my past appointments with the suppliers and asked to give a letter of approval from the bank so that things can get started.
Now I am waiting for my CSO to wrap things up and send my file into their estimating/construction team.
Their turnaround is 3 weeks before something starts happening on the land and to be contacted by the site supervisor . So long to wait....I wish I could sleep for 3 weeks and wake up when things get started.
I drive to Oran park almost every week and I see so many houses being built, it is changing very quickly and soon it will look like a nice suburb to live it. Oran park will be a good place to live, they are building new schools, new supermarket and other retail stores, a pond and few parks.

Wisdom Homes Landscaping
Today I received an email from Wisdom Homes Landscaping.
They explained how much it will cost to arrange my land to fit the approved landscaping drawing.( I posted the drawing previously in my posts)
Honestly, it was more than expected, the total cost was 36k!!!!!!. There is no way I am going to pay for the whole lot.
The quote was about the grass/ driveway / retaining wall / fence / pebbles / excavation / letterbox.
I chose to let Wisdom do the hard part, which is driveway and retaining wall.
I am sure I can have it installed cheaper else where since Wisdom add their margin on top. Less things to worry once the house is done.
I will lay the grass, schrubs, pebbles and other DIY stuff myself and maybe hire a bobcat to flatten the land, time to get prices !!
