When you receive your house plans to be revised. Please check every single thing, such as the window dimensions, which way you want sliding/stacker doors to open, the location of the downpipe, the height of niches etc....

Lucky for us, we checked everything over and over and noticed little things such as doors that were opening in the wrong direction, the height of door entries to rooms were low,location of the man hole in the master room...Big security issue changed it to the garage. 

Its better to fix everything at the beginning, spend more time on the drawings rather than rushing, its a huge investment your commiting to once you sign, and site supervisers will follow whatever the plan says, avoid extra fees.

On the 21st of November, we signed the contract. It's more than 100 pages but please dont be lazy to read, make sure you read it few times and  understand everything before signing.
