June 2012 we Purchased a Land in Oran Park ...awaiting registration in September ..but as usual nothing ever goes to plan, it had been some delays and the land will be registered in January 2013 Yippee!!
Meanwhile we had our tender presentation 3rd August 2012 with Steve from wisdom who was extremely friendly not to mention quick and efficient when it came to getting measurements and structural issues corrected on the plans.
- 9th August 2012 Accepted the tender and paid $3000
- 15th August 2012 received email that plans have just been ordered (process time approx 1 month)
- 25th September 2012 received draft plan, (hmm slight delay but they kindly extended our contract )
- 1st October 2012 sent Wisdom our final changes to plans, changes included niche heights to bathroom/ensuite and entrance,extended height of doors,moved air-con unit and water tank to better positions where they wont obstruct any bedroom windows.
- 11th October received confirmation of changes from wisdom.
- 17th October 2012 cost to changing the plan received,same day sent wisdom our signed copy confirming costings.
- 13th-15th November received and revised amended plans.
- 21st November SIGNED contract !!!
- 4th December Colour Appointment with Wisdom
