Quite a few things happened this week.

The sinks had been installed, the house had been painted, garage door is up, kitchen island caesarstone bench installed

I was worried that 40 mm caesarstone would be too small, but it turned out to be perfect size

• Shower screens, bathtub scheduled for today 
• Light fittings scheduled tomorrow
• Driveway scheduled for the end of the week

The tiling has started this week for all the wet areas.

 The tiler did a mistake for the bathroom. I asked and paid for vanity height tiling. but he is doing all the way to the ceiling : )
I am not complaining. Freebies woohoo !

Portico

I am pretty happy with the colors so far, now hopefully the main floor tiles will be as I expected to be

My SS called me to let me know the schedule for the next few weeks and he said the house will be done in 6 weeks !!! Woohoo in 6 weeks I will have my keys !!!


What is next.

Tiling for the whole house will be done by next week
Painting and vanities scheduled for next week
Lights fitting scheduled in 2 weeks
Driveway is scheduled to be done in 3 weeks
PCI in around 5 weeks....
In 6 weeks..............HANDOVER!!

Doors up / skirting done / kitchen started

Hello all !!

Quite a few things happened since my last post, I was too busy searching and buying furnitures that I forgot to update my blog : )


Scaffolding removed

Front door installed

The whole house had been gyprocked

Ducted air con system installed

Skirting for the whole house finished

Internal door frames installed and doors up

Waterproofing done

Timpelle kitchen came to install the kitchen and the cupboards for the other rooms

                            

I am at lock up stage, which mean I cant go in the house to take pictures, I need to either get my SS to open the door or the tradies to be on site for me to get in the house. Sorry for the bad pictures.

Tiling is scheduled to start today for all the wet areas.
